The first day was ok. I started out a little nervous because I didn’t know who I was going to hangout with. The hike started after an hour or so late do to people not arriving on time. We walked around lake hodges on the trail and it was hot but at least the ground was level. I bounced group from group but still passed the time by just walking and taking in the view. We finally ended up at a park where we had lunch and sat under the trees. Everyone looked like they were having fun and everything was peaceful. I was addicted to cookie clicker and would play it any long break we got. As we continued walking the trail got narrower and plant life surrounded us. eventually we walked past a dam and saw where the water line use to be. the last stretch my boot broke and was flopping around every step. When we got to the end I was so relieved and ripped the bottom of my boots off since I was going to buy new ones anyways. I was almost on the first group to leave but Mr. leader took that seat so I was stuck there until they came back and picked the rest of us up. It was nice to talk to people I don’t normally talk to. When I got home I got out of the car and the first step I took with my left leg hurt like a hell. I think I over worked a tendon. The next morning I still couldn’t walk and not be in pain so I skipped it. Wednesday I had work and had to leave early that day as well. The fourth day I showed up to and was ready to walk. I got new shoes that I broke in on the drive to the spot. I forgot my snacks so I grabbed like seven from Dr.P. During the walk Mark, Reece, and I played monopoly and eventually got to the point where I knew I was going to lose so I picked who I wanted to see win and gave Mark all my properties. Eventually Mark won and Reece blamed me for causing him to lose but then he got over it. We had lunch down in the valley and It was nice being in the shade. As we got to a fork in the road Dr. P ran and whistled after someone to ask for directions and Mr. Leader sent out one kid after another to see what was happening.
